About Blue Origin

Blue Origin was founded with a vision of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. Blue Origin envisions a time when people can tap into the limitless resources of space and enable the movement of damaging industries into space to preserve Earth, humanity’s blue origin. Blue Origin is working today to create that future by developing reusable launch vehicles and in-space systems that are safe, low cost, and serve the needs of all civil, commercial, and defense customers.

Blue Origin’s efforts include flying astronauts to space on New Shepard, producing reusable liquid rocket engines, developing an orbital launch vehicle with New Glenn, building next-generation space habitats, and returning to the surface of the Moon. These endeavors will add new chapters to the history of spaceflight and move all of humanity closer to that founding vision. For more information about Blue Origin, please visit BlueOrigin.com.

From social media to cutting-edge AR/VR

All our technologies share a vision of a more connected world.

Connection is evolving and
so are we.

Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities and grow businesses.

Connecting the world takes
people

with different backgrounds and points of view to build products that work better for everyone.

We are building a workforce

that reflects the diversity of the people we serve, and a workplace focused on equity and inclusion.

OUR MISSION:

Build the future of human connection and the technology that makes it possible.

men and women in an informal meeting

Our Culture

When Facebook launched, it changed the way we all connect and discover; Instagram changed the way we come together through creativity and WhatsApp created a space for us to be real with one another. We’ve built relationships by sharing what’s on our mind and capturing a moment or thought with a timely photo or reel. We’ve deepened those relationships with messages and video calls. We’ve found the people who “get” us or who will push us in Facebook Groups. We’ve started our own things — be it an idea, fundraiser or business — or supported by someone else’s. More recently, we’ve connected with others over the things we love — like fitness — in ways that would otherwise be impossible if it weren’t for VR.

At Meta, we’re continually innovating to find new ways to connect people — all so they can do more in their world. This is what makes us tick. It inspires us to keep building and makes us excited about a future where more people can connect in ever richer ways, especially when they can’t be physically together.

Employee Resource Groups at Meta!

They help participants become catalysts for ensuring a fully inclusive and open environment that provides opportunities for everyone to contribute to Meta’s success.

DIVERSITY INITIATIVES

Supporting documentation for consideration under this authority may include a certification of job readiness (for consideration for permanent appointment) and proof of a qualifying disability issued from a licensed medical professional, a licensed vocational rehabilitation specialist or any federal or state agency.

An agency of the District of Columbia or a U.S. territory that issues or provides disability benefits may also certify the applicant as a person with a disability, describing the ability of the applicant to perform the essential duties of the position for which he or she is applying.
