Paid Time Off
Most employees initially accrue two weeks of vacation per year. After 10 years of service, they receive an additional week of vacation. Paid holidays, paid time off to vote or serve on a jury and for illness and bereavement.
Flex time and alternate work schedules when possible, as well as part-time employment at some locations. In addition to all legally mandated leaves, the company allows employees to take up to 30 days of time off work for personal reasons.
